My acc has been suspended?

Hi. I recently moved house and there is no cabling/network to the house (ongoing issue) and so I have signed up for mobile data. I explained this in detail when this was organised, but it appears that the lovely gentleman has cancelled my use of email and am no longer able to log in to the app.

Not quite sure what is going on here. I am still my telstra mobile abd the netgear data service. 

I am not able to access livechat and a phone call generates a text message to  fix/contact online...which I can't do.

I am going round in circles and I'm not impressed.
