My data usage always shows 0GB.

I downloaded the Telstra App, but my data usage always shows 0 GB used. I can connect to My NBN, but how come the app never update? Am I using the correct internet provider?

Due to Covid-19 Telstra is providing unlimited data to all fixed line customers from 17th March to 30th June and data is not being metered.
