Never hit 3GB limit before - Anything look screwy here?

My wife has been on the Boost $30 UNLTD PLUS Plan since it began with the 3GB anytime & 1GB extra weekend data and hasn't (until now) got anywhere near hitting her limit. This month for some reason, she's supposedly hit the 3GB anytime data limit between recharging on 18th March and yesterday 5th April, which is 19 days, or a bit over half the month. There's been no change in her usage patterns so we requested an itemised copy of the data usage from Boost (see below). Does anything from the attached image strike anyone in the know as an obvious system error? (Yes I know this is the Telstra forum but I got no answers on the Boost forum - and it's the same system as Telstra's in all but name)

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Re: Never hit 3GB limit before - Anything look screwy here?

Im personally not seeing an issue. Id look at the days when there was high usage and think back as to what was used. For example browsing facebook and social media can load up video files that use more data. Even though the users usage pattern of social media is the same.
I work for Telstra, but my opinions are my own and not that of Telstras

Thanks for the reply.

What's the go with all the days that have "Duration" = 86400?
