No service

I am hot spotting my mobile do my children can access school online. I have not had internet since 2019 when tower was updated.

Online complaint form does not work. I hope l am not going to be charged excess data as l will not pay it

Terrible service, terrible customer treatment, not paying any bills for services until rectified

Can you be a bit clearer? Your post doesn't quite make sense. If you can't get internet on your mobile at home, how are you hotspotting?

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
