Online account for mobile shows different plan to Telstra app on phone

I am totally confused.  When I checked my account online I found that I am on Telstra Prepaid Complete and a recharge would be needed today, while on the Telstra app on my actual mobile I am still on Prepaid Max and I have another week to recharge.  I also have more data saved, etc.  than online.  I am just wondering, what to do about it.
