Pre-Paid > Auto recharge

I was using auto recharge for pr paid mobiles but when our new credit card arrived our old auto recharge was cancelled, now I find I cant set it up again, the pull down menu and buttons dont work in the window so how do I set up auto re charge again, I have tried it on two different browsers and my phone, no luck with any of them
