prepaid data balance not showing on myaccount webpage

I'm on a Telstra Freedom Anytime prepaid plan.

I noticed that the Data remaining balance isnt showing on MyAccount webpage when i logged in.

I've compared this with a friend who is on the same plan, and when they log in to their account, they have the data remaining balance shown.


Looks like one of the techies from telstra needs to look at my plan and see why it isnt showing the data balance on the myaccount webpage.
