Prepaid Data Usage

I cannot access my data usage. I keep getting a message stating that it is unavailable at the moment and when I try to download a month I am receiving the same message. I know I can view it through the app but I am want to see the month of usage not just the last few days.

Hi, thanks for the reply.
Yes I have tried all. I can view my usage in the app but my issue is with downloading the last 5 month's. I am needing to download last month's data.

Yes, I can access everything, just can't download usage data.

As this is the case, I would suggest speaking with our Accounts Team directly via either LiveChat at  https://tel.st/zfw3f or by calling 13 2200 and request (MyAccount Assurance).

 

This team should be able to provide you with the information you need and also look at why this is the only thing you are unable to download.
