prepaid mobile broadband

I cannot check data on prepaid  mobile broadband band, I cannot access it through m.telstra as in the past.

The service number <removed for privacy> does not show in my account, I have recharged but have no idea if data already there has rolled over. Is there an easy way to vies this account.
