Prepaid Mobile Recharge not loaded to phone

I bought a $30 Recharge for my mobile phone from the Telstra Online Shop on the 22 May 2020 it was debited to my bank account on the 23 May, but as of today 26 May has not been credited to my phone, how do I get this fixed, spoke to Telstra support not much help.
