Have been reading some posts about prepaid recharges vanishing?
Happened twice to me a few years ago, 2 x $20 recharges for my tablet, so data only, after a big investigation by myself I found the culprit!... somehow all my credit went to "icloud", for some strange reason I have uploaded all my photos and the like to icloud, not sure how or why but I left my tablet on standby and went to send email 2 hours after recharge!
Telstra, in an Indian call centre told me it was my fault, not theirs and no refund!
