I find this extremely frustrating, I was wanting to go on to a chat line to discuss getting more data in my mobile plan and to cancel my bundle plan as I am never home so I don't use After some time answering questions I got the dialog box to the 24xchat, and nothing happens, it takes me no where not even a message, so I go on the fault section and nothing. Telstra you are getting very bad and this is why people are going to other providers.

You're doing this on a mobile device?
Try checking 'show desktop site' (or something similarly worded). If you're using an iPad/iPhone, safari flat out doesn't like Livechat so try another browser

If on a PC/Mac, try clearing the cache for the browser you're using or another browser
