Telstra Pre-Paid Plus Offer

I have just had an email regarding the double data offer. 30GB for $39. I'm currently on the $39 contract. Does that mean the full price per month will be $78?

If you are looking to add a new service to your account and continue paying your existing service, you can expect the min. cost per month to be $78 per month. This does not include any charges applied outside the inclusions of the offer.
