Telstra

Made several complaints to telstra, LIED TO....!!!!!

6 weeks to get some sort of outcome, then they slowed my data, can't talk to anyone in Australia. Some one out there should invent a device that anyone can hook to their computer / phone / device etc,  that records data speed. They won't like that

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Re: Telstra

There are already device that record internet performance (Dropouts, speed etc) that the ACCC supplies to volunteers to monitor there connection. There is information at link below.

Re: Telstra

What was your original issue?

Do you have any 'SR' reference numbers?

I am Complex Customer Service Specialist, nominally working with most assurance products. However, I am not an official representative on CrowdSupport.

Re: Telstra

Posts do not get marked as accepted by just replying to the post. You can always remove the accepted by taping on the menu (Three dots top right of post) and slecting this is not the answer.

And you can't get assistance here if we don't know what problems you are having.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Re: Telstra

As ihe Accept link is right alongside the Reply link is it possible you accidently taped the accept instead of the Reply. I sometimes find I have accidently pressed accept when just scrolling through a post on a small screen phone.
