Unable to talk to a Telstra representative
Telstra changed my prepaid data plan without letting me see or agree to the T&C's. My data expired before they answered my complaint. Now I have no data. I have lodged a complaint and heard nothing. They have processes in place so that I cannot talk to them. What can I do to actually get some response from them?
