Unable to use data, call or text
Hi,
so in the app it says my bill has been paid & I called Telstra, the automated voice says I don’t have anything owing either. However, I’m unable to use my data or text. Also when I call it tells me to contact my provider? I try contacting them but there isn’t a category for it
