Unable to view usage of one device on Telstra 24/7 app
Currently have 3 devices, unable to view data usage for one of the devices always says !Oops..... Please try again later.
Changed plans on this number only on 18/06/2020, have not been able to view usage since. Contacted Telstra via chat on app on 17/08/2020, 23/08/2020, 29/08/2020 and 09/09/2020 with no resolution. Keep getting told to wait 24-48 hours. No-one ever gets back to me. Very very frustrating.
