Why has Telstra been unable to show data usage on my account since 16th March ?

Answered

There is a message showing "There was an error retrieving your details . Please try again later" , but it never works.

Due to COVID-19 Telstra is providing unlimited data to all fixed line broadband services from the 17th March till the 30th of June and longer recording data on these services.
