Divert fax number (non-NBN)

Could anyone tell me how to divert a fax number to another number? It is a non-NBN landline.

I need to change it urgently to receive referrals from doctors while I provide telehealth mental health services from home.

The online chat feature is not understanding my question and I know everything is so busy with the pandemic but I cannot spend another 2 hours on the phone on hold as I need to be online with my mental health clients. Thanks in advance. Very grateful for any responses
