Locator CAT-M1 onboarding issue

Hi I recently received a Telstra Locator AT-M1 via Telstra Rewards store and am having all sorts of set up issues. The message I keep receiving is "Your tag has not completed onboarding and needs to connect to the Telstra LTE-M network." I am within the LTE-M network area. I've been onto the platinum support team however no solution has been arrive at yet. (The call dropped out & I am awaiting a call back). Any others with this issue

It now seems to have connected. I wish I could say what did it but I'm pleased to say it's working now.

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
