i have had this

only show up in last 24 hours, can anyone please explain it to me

You can use this program to check what device you have connected to your modem  on you listed ip address in your post. 192.168.0.13

Port 6881 is used by bit torrent. It was probably set up by an app browser that was used to download a file from a torrent site.

If you are worried you could disable UPNP in the modem.
