Telstra Locator App

I cannot enter a Telstra ID or password on the sign in page of the Telstra Locator App. 

All of my other apps have no problems. 

I am using an iPhone6. The app has worked fine until yesterday.

Full disclosure. I work on this product. Have you been able to login yet? Are you running the latest build of the app Build 56? Please contact us at locator.support@team.telstra.com if your issue is persisting.

Hi I deleted and reinstalled the app. It now works again.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
