Where’s my online order

I ordered 1 x Telstra Smart Wi-Fi™ Booster (Twin pack) - 119088 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. Spoke to chat this morning said he would call back as to the whereabouts ? Second contact this week with chat and still no Telstra Smart Wi-Fi™ Booster and no follow ups from Telstra Consultants! Worst service and follow up I have ever experienced!
