Is your account new or an older one you have accessed before?
Do you have a Telstra ID or just created one?
Any error messages? Where do you get to in the log in process?
On what sort of device - i.e. My Yelstra app or the My Account web page?
Too many devices, probably an addict 🙂 also a tinkerer and developer of stuff..
