MF910V not working

I topped up credit on this device today and then it wanted to do an update so I did and now it's not connecting to a network. It worked fine before and during the update. I have taken the sim out and put it in my device and it works. I have reset the modem multiple times.

Are you referring to a factory reset?.

Hi Pm81wa. 

I'd suggest trying a factory reset. 
 

Press and hold the Power key and WPS button for 5 seconds to reset the Telstra Mobile Wi-Fi 4G to factory defaults.

 

Then see if you still have the same issue.

I have done that a few times. It did not fix the issue.

I've tried that too, over a week ago. Was told someone would get back to me and they haven't and I don'thave the time or patience to sit on my phone texting someone the same info yet again, hence why I posted the question here.
