If you are referring to the Digital Business/or DOT product - You should be able to set this up on your end through your Comm Pilot access which lets you make changes to the DB system.
Otherwise if you have never logged into this or forgot your username and pwd you can give the DB /DOT tech team to assist on 1800425159
