NBN phone line diverting to mobile
Hi. Since the NBN has been connected at my business, if staff cannot answer the phone it will divert to my mobile after a period of time. On my mobile it shows up as the caller calling me. It is causing a lot of confusion. I have contacted Telstra already and they haven't been able to find why it is diverting to my mobile. I need it switched off. Any help on what to do would be appreciated.

It sounds like you have a DOT Plan.
This function is something that can be turned off by our Tech Team, or even if you have access to your "Commpilot" you can do this yourself in your call management settings.
I'm concerned that the team were not able to remove this though, Did you have a reference number from that conversation?
