Need any kind of actual support
How do I actually talk to someone at Telstra and not be stuck on the chat app. 5+ hours a day, over a week and a half I have been trying to get my number released for porting. Telstra have cancelled my internet and disabled my phone line resulting in my business being uncontactable by phone.
I have received more promises than you can imagine but am still without a working phone line.
please someone tell me how to actually get someone on the phone
