No email mom our own domain

Currently we have a domain for our business hosted by Telstra eg abc@ourcompany.com.au.   We have 2 emails linked to it for our business and since last night cannot send or receive emails. Have called numerous numbers keep getting referred to 1800491771 mission control team and then it says to leave a message or number disconnects.   Our business has come to a holt!   As we cannot send or receive just clients calling saying your email is broken.   So frustrated need to know what is happening....was told there is a problem with mission control on one phone number I called and then told I need to migrate from pop but I don’t use pop!   Hoping someone can help.

If the Mission Control Team were seeing on their system that your active service is still using POP, then the migration hasn't occurred properly and you need to contact them again to find out what you need to do.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
