9Go Channel Changes

On 1 July 2020, Channel 9 has made the decision to remove the Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne satellite feed for 9Go.


This change affects:

  • 9Go channel only, the primary Channel 9 is not affected

  • Customers with boxes connected via satellite. Cable customers can still view 9Go on channel 139.


What to do if this affects you:


If you wish to view this channel via your satellite iQ3 or iQ4, you’ll need to connect a free-to-air TV antenna cable to your box and complete a free-to-air scan on your box.

  • Plug the antenna cable into ‘TV Aerial’ at the back of your iQ3 or iQ4

  • Complete a free-to-air scan on your box
    • Press the Home button on your Foxtel remote control
    • Select Settings from the menu
    • Select Terrestrial Settings and then Full Scan
    • Select Begin Scan
    • Once the scan has finished, 9Go will be available to view on channel 139
