How can I get Foxtel Now
You can head over to our website to redeem your Foxtel Now subscription.

What happens when my offer ends?

Before the redeemed offer period ends and you automatically roll onto a paid subscription of your chosen packs, Foxtel will send you an email and SMS to let you know that your Foxtel Now offer is about to end.

Can I stack my mobile and fixed offer together?

If you’ve previously redeemed an offer with a Starter Pack, you can’t redeem the same Starter Pack again. However, eligible Telstra customers with selected mobile plans and internet bundles can combine Foxtel Now Packs to enjoy a wider range of content and channels. Use your Foxtel Now login to apply two offers across any pack you choose. E.g. apply 12 months to Drama and then 3 months to Kids.

Can I choose to take a premium pack?

No. You can only choose between the five Starter Pack (Lifestyle, Doco, Kids, Drama and Pop) for your offer. You are then able to upgrade to Premium Pack at your choosing, however this is not part of the offer and it will be added to your monthly bill.

Do Foxtel Now data charges apply?

Yes. Streaming Foxtel Now will use your monthly data allowance on both mobile and fixed connections.

Can I change my starter pack throughout my offer period?

Yes. Visit the ‘My Account’ section on the Foxtel Now website and select ‘Change my Pack’.
