Add channels

Anyone out there at Telstra Foxtel??!! I want to add channels and speak to someone about my package but no answer on phone and the chat person on the app says the Foxtel dept is not available!!?? Is this true??!! Is there anyone to speak to??!! And before someone mentioned it- no, can’t do this through the app either... not connected or working... terrible terrible service for Foxtel by Telstra!

Hi, there

If you have Foxtel though Telstra, you can call Telstra and ask to speak to someone that looks after the Foxtel side of it. I have done that myself.

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.
