What sort of TV is it, is it a smart TV and android based? If so maybe Foxtel Go would suit you, if so check to see if you can find the app to download and install..   Not the full range of channels of course, but might work for you..

Re: Add Foxtel viewing to my other tv that does not have a Foxtel box

You have a few options, and I use two them at home.

I have a Chromecast on our main TV, and I cast to it from either Chrome on my desktop (the Watch option, https://watch.foxtel.com.au/app/#/, for either live TV or on demand) or the Foxtel Go app on my mobile.  This is simple and effective, and it means you can push any online source to the TV, e.g. YouTube, ABC iView, etc.

I also have the IQ to TV HDMI signal split using a TCP/IP extender.  There are receivers on two other TVs, extending the picture and enabling the remote to work from the other end.  (This works for me given I'd rewired the house and separate garage with CAT6 when we renovated.)
