I am having difficulty in reading-suspending our Foxtel account online. i have entered details required 4 times via the app/website and it is not accepting my Foxtel number. i can’t get anyone on the phone to help.  Any tips?

Hello. I just upgrade to boxsets and have access to the channel although I am unable to access the content on demand. I have tried calling but referred me back to the account page.

Anyone have issues with fast forwarding recorded shows? Every time I press the fast forward button it just pops up with the “jump to” screen
