The usual reason is because you have just gone past the 12 month anniversary of joining (or changing plan that had a discount) and the plan has reverted to full pricing (discounts only apply to the first 12 months).

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
