I accidentally bumped my remote and now my picture is black and white. Anyone know how to fix

Can't say I have ever seen that happen, but I would suggest you try a reset (look here for details and perhaps some suggestions https://www.foxtel.com.au/customer-support.html )

Other than that, not knowing which Foxtel box you are using, have you looked at settings? or perhaps it dropped onto your TV remote? Sounds more like a TV issue to me..

I would suggest unplugging the HDMI cable from the iQ box and the TV and plugging them back in again. I've seen it lose 1 colour channel, but never all 3 before.

Either that, or try not to bump the remote so hard. You've sent it back to 1974.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
