I called coz I'm also having issue and got recording they are working on issues with black screen on iq3 and iq4

Foxtel switched most of their customer communications to Social Media.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

There is actually (still) an announcement there regarding the technical issue, which is a sensible place to put it.

Foxtel advised that an update for iQ4 about a week ago was flawed and trying to fix. Not fixed yet as of 11/04/2021.

iQ4 will not work until fixed.

Set it & forget it
