How do I order a remote I am with Foxtel from Telstra

Send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). If the bot doesn't understand the query, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human. It can take a few hours to get a response and you get a notification through the app.

already done that and didn’t get anywhere I have been without a remote for over a week now and ready to put another complaint in because of no satisfaction through this

company it’s really terrible.

Have you tried contacting Foxtel directly?

You can order a Foxtel remote online via My Account:

1. Log in to My Account.
2. On the My Account home page, click View Details in the My Package tab.
3. Select Buy Remotes from the Set Top Boxes tile.
4. Choose the Foxtel remote you would like to purchase from the Add Remotes page.
5. Click Buy Now.
6. On the confirmation screen, review the order and click Confirm to submit your order. Any applicable charges will be applied to your next bill.

Places like Good Guys, Harvey Norman, Jaycar and even eBay  can have them - be sure of exactly which you one you want though.
