I have tried to suspend foxtel through the my telstra app and could not submit the form due to the account number I entered from my telstra bill being incorrect.
I have made several attempts to call with no response except an automated response to use the app.
Like alot of other people in the same situation I no longer want to suspend but now would like to cancel my foxtel service.
I will be expecting the cancellation of my foxtel service to be back dated to this date or I will have to take this matter further with the ombudsman.
