There is no account or billing access from CrowdSupport (mostly just customers helping other customers)..

 

Use the My Telstra app (or My Account web page), go to Get Help and click on the blue chat icon (app) or the blue Message Us button on the bottom right (web), to direct your request through the proper support channel..

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
