Cancelling Foxtel from Telstra or moving to Foxtel Now
I have been trying to get through to someone at Telstra to either 1. Cancel my Foxtel from Telstra or 2. Shift my subscription to a Foxtel Now account.
The phone line is not accepting calls. The online chat bot directs me to a form that does not work if you have Foxtel as part of a bundle.
I have had unsuccessful SMS conversations with the contact centre team, and then a callback from the business team who then tried to transfer me to the retail team, which resulted in a dropped call.
Now no one is answering SMS messages.
This means there is no way to do what I want to do. Completely unacceptable and appalling customer service.
Grateful for any help.
