Cannot redeem Foxtel offer

Cannot redeem offer as the offer banner is not showing under offers in the Foxtel app.

Have you previously registered for your Telstra My Account? 

If so, can you try clicking on http://hub.telstra.com.au and logging with to check offers?

Yes - I have tried everything. And tried the chat app and all I get is a stupid virtual assistant.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
