I'm guessing you have an IQ 2 or earlier?
'On Demand' no longer works with those devices. Telstra ran an email campaign advising customers and offering a free upgrade to an IQ3.. if you use the My Telstra app, go to the Get Help page and click on the blue chat window, you can start a request and see if you can get on to that upgrade offer..
Too many devices, probably an addict :-) also a tinkerer and developer of stuff..
Not with Telstra, just another customer like you!
