Covid-19 Foxtel all channels free upgrade
I received an email from Telstra saying I will have access to all channels until 31st May due to Covid-19 but I can’t access any additional channels not currently on my plan I am still holding for someone at Telstra my Foxtel is a bundle on my home phone mobile internet package anyone have similar problem accessing ??

I received the same email but through Foxtel and am able to watch these channels but have just realized that Telestra are charging me for said channels!!!
Now I am unable to contact them and going through the apps is just hopeless!
