Customer support non existent

I am trying to transfer from Foxtel from Telstra to Foxtel. I was told by Foxtel I need to contact Telstra to change it over. Telstra customer support does not answer the phone I am only pushed to the my Telstra app to msg them......that does not work either. After going around in circles for hours now I at Wits end. Just spent last week trying to get a simple answer re NBN but after spending 10hrs trying to get thru I ended up taking my business to another carrier. Is there any other way of getting the transfer done without having to go round in circles & getting nowhere?
