Nobody on Crowdsupport can see it either as they don't have access to Account Information or Billing Systems.

 

You will either need to call 132200 or send a message via the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen).

 

And never post your Account Number in a public forum such as Crowdsupport.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
