Faulty iq3 remote

Unable to contact either Telstra or Foxtel by phone to actually speak to someone to get it replaced

Remote freezes and I have to remove the batteries to get it going again.

I have replaced the batteries and still the same

I have repaired the remote and it actually froze after that
