Faulty iq4 box

Our iq 4 box is not working. Iq 2 box does work.  Remotes are working. The box either does not come up on tv or comes up for a little time. Unable to change channels either in the remote or the box. Very shortly after that it drops out. Been on the help line for 2 hours. How do we get a replacement box?
