Foxtel contract on account

Help.  I have spent three days on online chat trying to get telstra to load my approved Foxtel contract to my account.  I have the re receipt order number.  I’ve given it to them five times.  

But just keep getting new people and have to start again.  On same feed. 

This is insane.  

I have it in writing which is a legal contract.  I was told this was done two months ago.  Yet I a, Bri g charged incorrectly.  They then give credit after I contact them but don’t upload the contract to my account.  I’m suffering huge anxiety with this.    

Why cant they just put the contract on my account as I was told in writing two months ago that it was uploaded.    Which it wasn’t.  

Three days of my life to get them to fix their mistake
