Foxtel from Telstra Plans

Hi All.

Trying to get some assistance, but have been going from Telstra to Foxtel, and back again for the last 1hr and 30mins.

The problem is in the the Foxtel from Telstra page I get an error "

Unfortunately, we are having some trouble retrieving your details.

Please try again later or call us on 13 2200. [ER1034]"

The operator also got the same message.

As I'm paying $112 per month, try to find someone who can assist with maybe new plans to bring the price down.
